A background on Individual Restaurants... Individual Restaurants have a collective of fine dining restaurants around the UK including Piccolino, Gino D’Acampo My Restaurants, Bank Restaurant & Bar, and also The Restaurant Bar " Grill. In April 2019 they wanted to create a loyalty rewards scheme for those that wined and dined at their selection of restaurants, to which the concept of their app, Club Individual, was born. The idea is that customers can collect points every time they indulge at one of these collectives, which will then give them money back rewards and more.Our Approach to the Migration
Individual Restaurants were looking for a software development partner, for an initial project relating to payroll and a visual representation of the restaurant to understand payroll better. Unknowingly, this was the first project of many more to come. Technical Director Adam Purslow found Dotsquares on the web after a simple search, and upon requesting a call back, our teams got in touch in less than ten minutes to put him through to a technical sales team here in the UK.The Results
Development Result The most notable result out of all of the projects we have worked on is the loyalty app. Since creating and launching this in April 2019, Individual Restaurants have had over 150,000 people using their app, Club Individual, out of their 1.5 million membership base. These are there most engaged customers, with usage being 50% of the whole loyalty usage across the group. Additionally to this their online gift cards have also gathered over £500,000 in revenue, in the few months it’s been active. The relationship between Dotsquares and Individual Restaurants continues to grow, as more ideas evolve with new levels to take the business. Adam Purslow also makes regular visits to see our development teams in India, to talk about bigger and exciting plans for the future.
